Ambassador Program

To become an Active Elite member and receive the benefits from our Ambassador Program, you must currently be working as a fitness industry professional. Lorna Jane reserves the right to ask for further identification that the customer is currently working in the fitness industry. The benefits of this program including the discount, is for personal use only and cannot be shared with another person or business. A shared benefit or discount will result in the removal from this program. Once approved for the program, an Active Elite affiliation will be attached to the approved customer account. When that account is connected to a transaction pre purchase, the discount will automatically apply to the corresponding transaction. There is no discount code required. The discount can be redeemed online at www.lornajane.com. The discount is valid on Full Price product only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If there are changes to the details of the approved customer account where the Active Elite affiliation is attached, please connect with Customer Care via Live Chat to update these details for you, All Active Elite members must be opted into our marketing emails. Active Warehouse Sales - External Locations

Warehouse sale prices are available at selected event locations on the date specified on marketing collateral only.

Products identified as faulty, defective or marked in any way– depending whether the issue is major or minor – will be provided a refund, exchange or credit for any goods returned within a reasonable timeframe from sale upon proof of purchase. 3. Please choose carefully as items are sold in ‘as is’ condition and some items may contain imperfections and defects. Faulty, defective or marked product which has been identified for your attention by a written notice displayed with the product (including samples and seconds), the respective fault/defect/mark will not be considered when determining whether or not the product is faulty. 4. Lorna Jane reserves the right to determine whether a product is deemed to be faulty, defect or marked and will conduct a production and quality check. 5. Prices are not negotiable based on the condition of an item. 6. Fitting rooms are available to ensure you can choose the correct size. 7.
